Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA), an owner and operator of over 50+ outpatient imaging center locations in 17 states, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is:

· Full-time, Salaried, Exempt

· Benefits Eligible

· Hybrid - 50-75% remote + work-from-home

Reporting to the Accounting manager, our Senior Accountant analyzes and reviews financial data, prepares financial statements and reports requiring advanced application and use of concepts, theories, principles, practices, regulations, and terminology of accounting. They will also evaluate and recommend improvements in accounting processes to ensure accurate application of accounting principles.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Analyzes and interprets financial statements, as well as develops reports and presents them in a comprehensive and intelligent manner.

· Reconciles monthly bank statements and balance sheet accounts for assigned centers.

· Prepares monthly accruals and revenue journal entries each month.

· Uses discretion and independent judgement when handling confidential information.

· Assists with management of leases under the ASC 842 lease accounting guidance.

· May perform special projects that require additional training and skills. Performs all other duties as assigned.

· Regular and reliable attendance which includes team meetings, trainings, and in-services, as scheduled.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in accounting or related field

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.

· Healthcare experience is preferred.

· Oracle Cloud experience preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Satisfactory completion of a background check and drug screen is required.
