Senior Accountant

We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to Accounting Manager as the company continues to scale through acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Own key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and P&L activity
• Review and analyze AR/AP trends and support process improvements
• Partner with leadership on financial reporting and operational insights
• Support integration and accounting for acquisitions in a dynamic environment
• Assist in building scalable processes and strengthening internal controls
• Oversee and mentor two accounting clerks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3–6+ years of experience, ideally starting in public accounting with transition to industry
• Experience in private equity-backed, manufacturing, or highly acquisitive environments required
• CPA is a plus
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with Power BI is a plus
• ERP experience required (Plex a plus)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
