HiFyve is hiring a Sales Account Manager / Sales Operations Manager for a food & beverage manufacturing company in St. Paul, MN.


This role is ideal for someone with strong account management and sales operations experience within contract manufacturing, private label, beverage, dairy, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing environments.


This is not a traditional outside sales role. The focus is managing day-to-day customer relationships, forecasting, production coordination, shipping, invoicing, and overall account execution for a high-volume manufacturing facility producing fluid milk and aseptic beverages. The role partners closely with national sales leadership while serving as the key operational contact for site-specific customer activity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer accounts and day-to-day account execution for the St. Paul beverage manufacturing site
  • Coordinate forecasting, production planning, shipping, inventory, invoicing, and customer communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations teams
  • Build strong relationships with customer decision makers and cross-functional internal teams
  • Support customer issue resolution with urgency and professionalism
  • Analyze sales, forecasting, and operational data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Lead and develop a small team including an Analyst and Sr. Sales Support Specialist
  • Collaborate with supply chain, operations, logistics, finance, and customer teams to improve processes and service levels
  • Support contract manufacturing and private label customer relationships
  • Utilize systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, inventory management, and forecasting tools
  • Drive continuous improvement across customer account processes and sales operations activities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of progressive account management, sales operations, customer management, or related experience
  • Experience within contract manufacturing and/or private label manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Background in food, beverage, dairy, CPG, or related manufacturing industries preferred
  • Prior leadership experience managing direct reports required
  • Strong forecasting, customer management, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP, forecasting, CRM, or sales operations systems preferred


Compensation & Schedule

  • Base salary target: $125K–$160K
  • 15% annual bonus
  • On-site role in St. Paul, MN
  • Relocation assistance may be considered for strong candidates

This facility produces fluid milk and extended shelf-life/aseptic beverage products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role works closely with both plant leadership and national sales teams to ensure strong customer execution and operational alignment.
