Senior Account Manager

We re growing our client success team at AMSYS.

This role is all about owning client relationships and helping them get more value from our services. You ll manage a portfolio of 15 plus managed services clients, keep them happy, and identify opportunities to expand into areas like cybersecurity, cloud, and Microsoft 365.

What you ll do:

  • Own and manage client relationships post-sale
  • Run QBRs and stay ahead of client needs
  • Identify upsell opportunities (security, cloud, compliance, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery
  • Drive account growth and retention

What we re looking for:

  • 5+ years in account management (MSP, IT services, or SaaS)
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong communication skills comfortable with business stakeholders
  • Someone who can balance client success + growth
