Most AI companies are still figuring out what they're building. This one isn't. The product is sharp, the early customers are believers, and the founders know exactly where they're going. They just need the right person to help them get there faster.


This is a founding sales role at a fast-growing, AI-first company. Not a territory to inherit, but a playbook to build. You'll work directly with the founders, own the full sales cycle, and help shape how the company grows from the ground up.


The right person isn't waiting for inbound leads or a structured process. They're someone who generates their own pipeline, closes enterprise deals, and gets energized by the ambiguity of early-stage selling.


What you'll own

  • Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound, inbound, and founder-led opportunities
  • Close enterprise and mid-market deals across CPG, eCommerce, Media & Entertainment, and Gaming
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Build the sales playbook from scratch: repeatable processes, CRM discipline, and forecasting rigor
  • Partner directly with the founders on positioning, pricing, and GTM strategy
  • Create feedback loops with product and marketing through demos, case studies, and real customer insight
  • Represent the company at key industry events and with early lighthouse customers
  • Test, learn, and iterate quickly


What we're looking for

  • 3-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, from the market research and insights industry
  • Proven track record closing deals and consistently exceeding quota
  • Comfortable generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and creative networking
  • Consultative, strategic seller who thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Experience selling to research, insights, product, or marketing leaders is a strong plus
  • Genuine curiosity for AI and appetite to help define a new product category
  • Strong writer and communicator with executive presence
  • A network in CPG, eCommerce, or Media/Gaming is a big plus
