Senior Account Executive – Hospitality Partnerships

Location: Remote (Preference for Chicago, IL Candidates)

Pay Rate: $100/hour


We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing team focused on expanding partnerships within the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and engage new hotel and hospitality partners through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and close.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, ownership groups, and decision-makers.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.

• Support market expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities in new and existing territories.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, operations, and partner success teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the platform and its benefits to prospective partners.

• Develop scalable strategies to drive partner acquisition and long-term growth.


Qualifications:

• 6+ years of quota-carrying sales, business development, or account management experience.

• Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business acquisition.

• Experience managing a territory or geographic market.

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in hospitality, travel technology, marketplaces, or high-growth technology companies is highly preferred.


Preferred Background:

• Hotel sales, hospitality partnerships, or travel-tech experience.

• Experience working with hotels, serviced apartments, or lodging providers.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.

• Experience launching new markets or expanding business within a territory.
