Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a SEM Metrology Technician assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, based in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities include operating Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) to conduct precision metrology on semiconductor wafers, performing calibrations and measurements, monitoring quality control, and maintaining an organized laboratory space. Additional responsibilities will include developing resist, imaging with optical microscopy and sample preparation.
