About Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace

Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace, born in Hollywood from a mix of legend and nostalgia, is a global community that reaches far beyond the rink. Since 1979, it has grown into a cultural force uniting fashion, music, and movement. We are relaunching as a full fashion brand with our Spring/Summer 2027 collection — distributed globally and presented on the international fashion calendar. We are building something iconic, and this role is at the center of it.

The Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who lives in LA culture and knows how to move within it. As our Seeding & Culture Coordinator you will be responsible for getting FRBP's product into the right hands every single month and building the relationships that turn a great brand into a cultural moment. We are releasing product consistently in the lead-up to SS27 — limited runs, intentional drops — and your job is to make sure every piece lands somewhere it matters. This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time with benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a living roster of influencers, tastemakers, artists, athletes, musicians, and cultural figures who belong in the Flipper's world
  • Execute monthly seeding drops with precision — right product, right person, right moment
  • Manage all outreach and relationship development through DMs, email, phone, and in person
  • Track every placement, post, and organic mention and report weekly to leadership
  • Support talent coordination for events, activations, and brand moments
  • Work closely with social media and brand leadership to align seeding activity with campaign windows and brand milestones
  • Stay ahead of who is emerging in LA's creative, music, fashion, and entertainment communities before everyone else does

What You Bring

  • Genuine existing relationships in LA's creative, music, fashion, or entertainment community
  • Some version of this experience — at a brand, an agency, or even informally — with moments you can point to
  • A strong instinct for cultural fit — you know what belongs in the Flipper's world and what doesn't
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
  • Comfortable being in the field and in DMs at all hours because that's just how this works
  • Familiarity with streetwear, skate, lifestyle, or cultural fashion brands

Bonus

  • Connection to roller culture and its history in LA
  • Experience in drop-based or limited-release brand environments
  • Fashion startup experience

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
