As an Allied Universal Officer in a residential community, you will support access control by greeting residents and guests, verifying credentials, managing visitor logs, and coordinating deliveries and vendor entry. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, and document security-related activity while helping to reduce incidents through strong presence and professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or delivery drivers by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies.
• Control entry and exit at gates and/or building access points by verifying authorization, issuing visitor passes, maintaining logs and communicating approvals or denials per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting onsite management and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor CCTV, intercoms and/or access control systems, reporting unusual activity and completing required documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, amenities and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
