• Advise clients on regulatory enforcement issues involving the SEC, PCAOB, and related agencies.
• Manage disputes arising from private equity transactions and financial services operations.
• Collaborate with clients, internal legal teams, and business stakeholders on complex litigation strategies.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as a Securities Litigation Attorney or Regulatory Enforcement Attorney.
• Experience at a top-tier or Am Law firm preferred.
• Active Georgia Bar membership required (GA Bar required).

• Excellent written, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
