Job Description
In this role, you will support production operations by quickly assessing technical issues, determining required information, prioritizing urgency, and developing clear paths to troubleshooting and resolution. You will own issues end‑to‑end—driving problem resolution across factory and supplier environments while communicating plans, updates, and status to cross‑functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include hands‑on troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, maintaining and updating technical data packages, creating and presenting change documentation through cPDM and Change Boards, analyzing defect and yield data, and implementing process improvements to reduce recurring failures. You will also participate in peer reviews and support general electrical engineering production activities.
This role must sit on-site in Aurora, CO
Compensation: $55-65/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching.
