Overview
Scope of Position:Provide essential support to the Staff Development Team by ensuring theaccuratecompletion and review of all Summer Staff Onboarding Forms and Health Profiles. This role is committed to delivering exceptional care and customer service to all Summer Staff throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Review Summer Staff Onboarding Forms,CampDocHealth Profiles, and Travel Surveys for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of all personal information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Deliver outstanding care and support to Summer Staff at every interaction.
- Communicate with Summer Staff via email to obtain correct documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond promptly and professionally to questions from Summer Staff.
- Conduct weekly touchpoints and provide reports to the Onboarding & Logistics Coordinator.
- Maintain a strong understanding ofWinShapeCamps and the overall Summer Staff onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience as Summer Staff withWinShapeCamps or another camp (notrequired).
- Ability to work remotely while managing time and tasks effectively.
- Preferred: Experience in customer service and project management.
- Preferred: Familiarity with SharePoint and related systems (notrequired).
- A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and committed to pursuing Christ regularly.
- Must live60miles or less from the assigned job location (Rome, GA), and 150 miles or less from the Support Center (Atlanta)
Skillsets:
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, consistently serving with a pleasant, patient, and friendly tone in all communications.
