About the Role:
As a Spa Ambassador, you will host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, ensuring our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Pristine Spaces:Keep guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms impeccably clean and sanitized.
• Linen and Toiletry Management:Distribute fresh linens and ensure locker room vanities are stocked with essential toiletries.
• Enhance Guest Experience:Foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, making each guest feel pampered and at ease.
• Guest Registration:Welcome guests, handle their registration, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
• Payment Processing:Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
• Reservations Management:Manage spa reservations, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.

• Previous spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for wellness and promoting a healthy lifestyle

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record

• Must be at least 18 years of age
