The Seasonal Ministry Assistant serves as a key Hands On program team member, working alongside young adults in mission-based assignments in various countries. This role involves partnering with local Salvation Army ministries to engage in hands-on mission work, evangelism, and personal discipleship. Seasonal Ministry Assistants are responsible for assisting in developing, planning, and implementingdiverse programs in host countries. They are deeply involved in ministry work, including teaching, leading, and preachingwhile serving in a cross-cultural environment to support the mission of The Salvation Army.
