Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $62,354 / year

What will you do?

• Greet guests at all functions, manage on-site guest relations during events, and conduct post-event follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare, review, and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and all supporting event documentation in a timely manner for client review and contractual execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the on-site execution of banquet and catered events, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operational teams

More about you

• 2-3 years' experience working in a hotel or hospitality company with food and beverage experience
• No college degree required
• Experience in special events managment
• Strong commitment to customer and client service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
