Beach Guard & Pool Attendant – Harrah’s Laughlin Beach Resort

We’re looking for a friendly, observant, and safety‑minded Beach Guard Pool Attendant to monitor access to our pool and beach areas and ensure all guests enjoy a secure and relaxing environment. This role is essential to maintaining guest safety, enforcing property policies, and delivering exceptional service in one of the resort’s most active outdoor spaces.

  • Monitor and verify all guests entering the pool and beach areas to ensure they are registered hotel patrons
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all pool and beach policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Ensure permitted guests adhere to all posted rules and hotel guidelines
  • Assist guests and team members in situations involving safety, customer service, and asset protection
  • Respond quickly, calmly, and appropriately during crisis or emergency situations
  • Provide clear direction to guests and employees during emergencies and follow instructions from management or outside agencies
  • Communicate clearly and fluently in English
  • Uphold Harrah’s & Tropicana’s Family Style Service standards at all times
  • Comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures
