Role Summary

We are seeking a Search Experience Strategist (SEO + AEO) to lead the design and execution of enterprise‑level search initiatives across traditional search engines and AI‑driven answer platforms. This role plays a critical part in shaping how users discover, understand, and engage with high‑value content throughout their digital journey.

The strategist will own end‑to‑end search experiences—from intent analysis and information architecture through optimization and measurement—ensuring content is authoritative, semantically clear, and aligned to business outcomes. Success in this role requires translating complex search insights into scalable strategies that influence product roadmaps and user experience decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise‑level SEO and AEO strategies that improve visibility across search engines, generative AI, and answer surfaces.
  • Analyze user intent and behavior to align search experiences across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Partner with UX and content teams to influence site architecture, taxonomy, internal linking, and metadata.
  • Optimize content for featured snippets, rich results, voice search, and AI‑generated responses.
  • Lead keyword, topic, and entity research to inform content planning and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and content strategists to implement search best practices.
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize search experiences.
  • Establish frameworks, standards, and governance models to scale search excellence across the enterprise.


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in SEO, search strategy, or search experience design within complex or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO tools and platforms, including search analytics, crawling tools, and performance measurement systems.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data, programmatic SEO, and CMS‑driven optimization at scale.
  • Proven experience optimizing content for AI‑driven search, answer engines, and conversational or voice search experiences.
  • Background supporting e‑commerce or transaction‑driven digital experiences is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate data and search insights into clear, actionable recommendations and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and curiosity about evolving search, AI, and discovery models.


Education & Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Science, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Online portfolio or documented case studies demonstrating SEO/AEO strategies and measurable outcomes preferred.
