We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-performing Agile organization. While the broader unit operates at an advanced Agile maturity level, this team requires strong coaching, facilitation, and leadership to align with those standards.

This role involves working with vendor-supported platforms and ensuring smooth delivery of technical, security, and business application solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile/Scrum Master experience
• Strong experience coaching teams in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, etc.)
• Experience handling cross-team dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with 1–3 Agile teams

Preferred

• PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification
• Experience in enterprise Agile transformation environments
