Pay Range: $40 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the engine of Client’s mission - in R&D, you’ll drive breakthroughs that could turn the impossible into possible for millions.
• The race is on to speed up drug development to find answers for patients and their families. Your skills could be critical in helping our teams accelerate progress
• The successful candidate will participate in the development and validation of PCR based assays and other analytical techniques routinely used to support gene therapy development.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Degree in Molecular or cellular biology. BA with 4-6 yrs experience, MA with 2 yrs experience. Assay development.
• Next gen sequency, development exp. CGMP - research document - audit trails.
• A strong background in qPCR and dPCR/ddPCR is desired, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an industry setting performing and developing molecular biology assays. Cell culture and bioassay experience is also a benefit.
• This role operates within a cGMP environment and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional departments.
