Job Overview

Reliable Therapy Staffing is looking for full time Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists dedicated to supporting students' mental health, behavioral development, and academic success in an in-person setting.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time, for entire school year
• Location: Greater Phoenix Area
• Start Date: Start of school year 26/27

Compensation:

• $65-$75 per hour, dependent on position and experience

Duties

• Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and screenings to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Provide individual and group sessions to support student growth.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address students’ unique learning requirements.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, testing results, and detailed records of all interventions while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Manage case loads efficiently through case management practices, ensuring timely follow-up and progress monitoring for each student.

Requirements

• Valid licenses or certifications in the applicable state or region.
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
