Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to manage timelines for high-end custom residential projects in Naples. This role coordinates with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction schedules
• Coordinate project timelines and sequencing
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Support permitting, inspections, and procurement planning

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in residential construction scheduling or project coordination
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., P6 Primavera, MS Project)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
