Roles and Responsibilities:
Primarily support the pre-production kitting, updating IMT (inventory tool as material is kitted and or integrated) and basic subassembly production for System 4 under the direction of the Production Lead. The interns will perform simple routine tasks under close supervision and from detailed procedures; work will be reviewed for technical adequacy and conformity with instructions. Following specific layout and drawings/diagrams support the integration of shelters/systems.
Support various system tests.
Capture and Compile Failure Data to be used for Reliability Analysis.
Provide logistics and material movement support.
Gathering and maintaining specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performing computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plotting data and draws simple curves and graphs.
Testing of digital and analog cables and connectors.
Assembly and integration of mechanical and electromechanical components.
Pre-production kitting.
