Hiring: SAP SD / OTC Consultant

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with strong experience in the manufacturing domain to join our team. This role requires deep functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD/OTC implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Configure core SAP SD functionalities including:
• Sales order processing
• Pricing & billing
• Shipping & delivery
• Credit management
• Output & partner determination
• Manage end-to-end OTC processes:
• Order management
• Delivery processing
• Invoicing & revenue recognition
• Work on integrations with:
• MM (Materials Management)
• PP (Production Planning)
• FI (Finance & Accounting)
• Handle intercompany, third-party, and returns processes
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in UAT, testing cycles, and documentation
• Drive process improvements and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in SAP SD/OTC
• Strong experience in manufacturing processes (MTO/MTS)
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Pricing procedures
• Output & partner determination
• ATP (Availability Check)
• Delivery scheduling
• Experience with cross-module integration (MM, PP, FI)
• Exposure to S/4HANA (preferred)
• Experience in global manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in client-facing roles
