Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SD.

• Expertise in the Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management functionalities of SAP SD.

• In-depth knowledge of integration with MM, FICO, and WM modules.

• Experience in handling complex customizations and third-party integrations (EDI) in SAP SD.

• Good experience in SAP SD Business Processes and it includes: Contracts, Sales Order, Delivery Processing, Shipment processing, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns, Free of charge delivery, STO, rebates processing and free goods determination and relevant SAP configuration.

• Expertise in handling large SAP SD projects, including full lifecycle implementation, system configuration, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.

• At least 10 years of experience working with the SAP CS module, including service order management, warranty management, and service contract configuration.

• Hands-on experience integrating SAP CS with SAP SD, SAP PM, and SAP MM.

• Knowledge in field service management and supporting mobile solutions for field technicians.

• Expertise in service billing, service confirmations, and service performance reporting.

1. SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant Responsibilities:

o Configuration and Customization:

 Responsible for configuring and customizing SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Shipping and Transportation, Billing, and Pricing.

 Configuring sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, pricing procedures, and output determination.

o Integration:

 Integration of SAP SD with SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), and SAP CS (Customer Service) modules for seamless business process flow.

 Configuring interfaces for third-party integrations, including EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and external warehouse management systems.

o Business Process Mapping:

 Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions.

 Design and implement process flows for order-to-cash (OTC) processes, including sales order, delivery, billing, and payment.

o Sales and Distribution Reporting:

 Design and implement sales reporting (standard reports and custom reports) using SAP Query, ABAP, or SAP BW.

o Support and Troubleshooting:

 Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting SAP SD issues and resolving production support tickets.

 Perform user training , handle user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful Go-Live.

o Documentation:

 Develop functional specification documents, system design, and test cases.

 Maintain project documentation throughout the system’s lifecycle, including post-go-live support.

2. SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant Responsibilities:

o Configuration and Customization:

 Configure the SAP CS module to handle customer service requests, service orders, complaints, and warranty management.

 Set up service contracts, service orders, and warranties based on client requirements.

o Integration:

 Integrate SAP CS with SAP SD, SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP MM for handling service notifications, spare parts management, and work orders.

 Configure and customize Service Notification, Service Order, and Customer Service billing.

o Business Process Improvement:

 Work with business users to improve service management processes through automation and efficiency improvements.

o Service Order Management:

 Setup and manage service orders, service confirmations, and service billing, ensuring the proper flow from service request to service completion.

o Field Service Management:

 Integrate SAP CS with mobile solutions for field service management (service engineers on-site, managing service calls, etc.).

o Warranty and Maintenance Contracts:

 Configure and manage warranty contracts and maintenance service contracts for customers, tracking service delivery, and managing claims.

o Reporting:

 Setup service order-related reporting to analyze service performance, customer satisfaction, and warranty management.
