SAP Project Manager (SAP ECC) – Bilingual English/Spanish

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP ECC projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both English- and Spanish-speaking environments. This role requires a strong background in SAP project delivery, stakeholder management, and successful execution of enterprise ERP initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and deployment projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, and solution delivery.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP project outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, SAP Program Manager, or ERP Project Manager.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC environments.
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end SAP projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
