Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/PP Consultant to support and enhance our SAP S/4HANA and ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP), a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
Pharmaceutical or consumer products industry experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP MM and PP modules in an S/4HANA environment
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Support end-to-end processes including procurement, inventory management, MRP, production planning, shop floor control, and goods movement
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (ECC to S/4HANA experience is a plus)
- Provide functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support and optimization
- Create and maintain functional documentation and user training materials
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and IT
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM and PP consulting experience
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and core ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory management, MRP, BOMs, routings, and production processes
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and production support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consumer products industries
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
- Knowledge of batch management, quality processes, or regulated environments
- SAP certifications in MM, PP, or S/4HANA
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
