Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/PP Consultant to support and enhance our SAP S/4HANA and ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP), a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Pharmaceutical or consumer products industry experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and support SAP MM and PP modules in an S/4HANA environment
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Support end-to-end processes including procurement, inventory management, MRP, production planning, shop floor control, and goods movement
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements (ECC to S/4HANA experience is a plus)
  • Provide functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support and optimization
  • Create and maintain functional documentation and user training materials
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and IT

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM and PP consulting experience
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and core ERP systems
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement, inventory management, MRP, BOMs, routings, and production processes
  • Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and production support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consumer products industries
  • SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
  • Knowledge of batch management, quality processes, or regulated environments
  • SAP certifications in MM, PP, or S/4HANA
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
