Primary Objective/Focus: Translate a customer's business challenges, requirements, and roadmap to a viable functional SAP solution.

This is a senior level SAP Advisory position within HPE's Advisory and Professional Services Data Centric Workloads sub-practice. You will work within a high-performing team of subject matter experts, with the latest technologies such as S/4 HANA, Hybrid Cloud, SAP Workload Automation, and SAP RISE and BTP. You have experience in successfully selling large, complex, multinational engagements that are of strategic importance to our clients. In addition, you will have a strong understanding of SAP Functional providing advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical business tasks and processes. Successful delivery includes ensuring contract commitments are met, with at least the profit margin targeted when the contract was signed, and with a high level of client satisfaction. You will oversee the execution of engagement operations and proactively manage the relationship with the client(s)/client representatives and work closely with others to plan the overall client relationship strategy. You also ensure that continuous improvements are put in place, concentrating on cost reduction and service improvement to help ensure the continuity and profitability of our existing contracts and new business. This role will work with the highest levels of the client's leadership team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Willing to travel up to 50%. Depending on the customer, international and overseas travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HPE senior SAP advisor building relationships with C-level and senior client executives.
  • Achieve growth in SAP services by supporting demand generation, presales, and closing of sales opportunities by injecting SAP expertise and value-add.
  • Advise on client strategy and new innovative SAP solutions for the digital era.
  • Oversee on a global scale, functional partners who are delivering SAP functional work for us.
  • Create client roadmaps and solutions to build the digital enterprise with SAP's next generation products as the digital core solution. Lead workshops for solution design and architecture.
  • Engage in marketing activities to support SAP growth.
  • Be technically ambitious, seeks challenges of learning new technologies in compressed project timelines.

  • SAP knowledge: core logic of ERP, strategy, methodologies, tools and functional
  • Mentors and collaborates with other Managing SAP Consultants and provides community leadership across the company.
  • Provides support during the sales discovery and prospecting.
  • Develops a proactive relationship with Sales/Pursuit teams in qualifying opportunities.
  • Achieve growth in SAP services by developing solutions based on customer needs, provides input and review of customer proposals.
  • Assists in presenting and translating the solution to the client business, overcoming objections and developing proposal as required to meet the customer needs.
  • Participates in periodic Sales or Service reviews, providing input and helping the team to anticipate customer questions and/or concerns.
  • Partners with Sales management to identify gaps in Sales Representative knowledge of products and services.
  • Collaborates with the Global SAP Practice, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create industry-specific collateral.
  • Provides Sales proposal input such as deliverables, effort estimations and scope.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • SAP S/4 End to End Green Field, Brown filed, Migration and testing experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years SAP consulting experience of interacting with C-Suite and other client executives.
  • Experience in presales and business development for SAP services.
  • Working knowledge of System Landscape Transformation Server (SLT), Application Interface Framework (AIF), Application Link Enabling (ALE), and Master Data Governance (MDG).
  • Integration of SAP workloads with other non-SAP solutions.
  • Ability to conduct complex and interactive solution workshops.
  • Leadership skills; lead customer engagements at an executive level.
  • Deep knowledge and professional experience in several of the following SAP products/modules is required:

o Work experience in S/4HANA, Suite on HANA (SoH)

o Work experience with Embedded and HUB SAP Fiori.

o Able to propose digital transformation journey to S/4HANA considering customer business requirements and HPE's Solution Portfolio

o SAP SCM solutions

? SAP S/4HANA (PP/DS, ATP)

o SAP FICO Module

? SAP S/4HANA (FICO)

o SAP Manufacturing integration

o SAP Middleware

o SAP Analytics

o Innovative SAP Applications Management concepts (e.g. Business Outcomes Management, DevOps, ML, AI)

o SAP Solution Manager (from application point of view)

Annual Salary: $108,000.00 - $248,200.00
