ABOUT THE ROLE
The SAP Lead will serve as the primary technical and functional authority for SAP systems, driving implementation, integration, and continuous optimization initiatives across the organization. This highly visible role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align SAP capabilities with strategic objectives while leading cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead cross-functional SAP project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Drive the planning, design, and implementation of SAP modules and system enhancements
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Architect end-to-end business processes aligned with SAP best practices
Oversee system testing, data migration, and user training to support successful deployments
Monitor system performance and resolve complex issues to optimize functionality and user experience
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Mentor and develop SAP team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support
Demonstrated experience leading SAP projects and managing cross-functional teams
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud-based SAP environments
Experience operating within large-scale enterprise environments with complex business processes
Experience working with offshore teams and Managed Service Providers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
SAP certification in relevant modules or project management certification such as PMP
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies within SAP delivery environments
Advanced knowledge of SAP integration tools and middleware
Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, or related areas
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
