Responsibilities:

Ability to walk through Device Management and AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Business processes with the client and possess strong end to end integration testing and configuration for AMI. Experience of setting up SAP AMI end-to-end is a plus (configuring backend S/4HANA and web services in PI/PO and BTP Integration Suite).

  • You will provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders of HCLTech’s clients, helping them drive business value from transformation to the cloud with S/4HANA.
  • You will act as Solutioning Lead of complex, multitower S/4HANA implementation programs, covering end-to-end solution definition, implementation approach, effort estimation, and implementation planning, working hand in hand with sales to define winning sales plan and unique value proposition.
  • You will build strong global networks, enabling you to get involved and contribute in the most interesting client problems globally, and to leverage from global network to solve local challenges.
  • You will be a Thought Leader and contribute to HCLTech thought leadership by creating blogs, vlogs, eBooks, white papers, proofs-of-concepts and use cases, participate in global and local events (like SAPPHIRE and SAP Now!) and seminars as a keynote speaker, presenter, or SME.
  • You will lead, support and contribute to go-to-market and marketing strategy definition, execution planning, and execution, including campaigns, content marketing, events, client meetings and tailored offerings.
  • You will drive, contribute to and participate in the continuous development and localization of HCLTech offerings, methodology, assets, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, finance or business administration
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP supporting utility industry clients.
  • Strong experience (at least 10-15 years) in implementing SAP solutions with focus on DM/EDM/AMI and support for TOU and complex billing preferably across various roles (business analyst, lead consultant, lead (solution) architect, project manager)
  • Minimum of 10 years of SAP AMI and other MDMS vendor products implementation, integration, and development experience.
  • Solid experience in driving the execution of business transformation via implementation of new processes and supporting technology.
  • Strong overall holistic understanding and experience across functional domains, business processes, applications, SAP product roadmap and emerging technologies & trends
  • Sufficient knowledge across relevant technical domains (cloud, infrastructure, HANA DB, basis, security, integrations, development etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Independent, proactive, self-motivated and self-driven, collaborative, client-oriented
  • Ability to build relationships and to become a trusted advisor for client senior stakeholders (VP and CXO levels)
  • Ability to articulate a compelling vision and engage audience.
  • Extremely strong communication skills and work very closely with the Business to gather new requirements, resolve production issues and drive more value on their investment.
  • Good understanding of SAP MDM capabilities vs. Itron, L+G, Siemens MDMS products.
  • Experience in AMI customizing and BAdIs is a must
  • Familiar with the standard APIs exposed by SAP AMI.
  • Familiar with Integration between AMI and other meter reading systems and S/4HANA using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), S/4 and/or ECC, and CRM
  • Preferred Skills – SAP IS-U Certified



Pay and Benefits


Pay Range Minimum: $189,000 base per year

Pay Range Maximum: $260,000 base per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
