Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to oversee end-to-end SAP solution delivery initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading SAP implementations, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions across design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support phases.
Required Qualifications
- Currently authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP solution delivery, including design, configuration, development, and integration activities.
- Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Service Cloud
- SAP BTP
- ABAP Development
- SAP Integration Technologies
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, RESTful APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality management.
- Strong understanding of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing SAP testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, qTest, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP Certifications (SAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Professional, etc.).
- Experience supporting utility or energy industry transformation programs.
- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP platforms such as MuleSoft, IAM solutions, and API-based architectures.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud.
- Experience working with AI-powered SAP capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise data migration and master data management initiatives.
- Knowledge of organizational change management and user adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP solution delivery supporting Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service business processes.
- Oversee SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud implementations.
- Coordinate design, configuration, customization, and integration activities across internal and external teams.
- Manage SAP RICEFW development efforts and ensure alignment with business and program requirements.
- Guide and oversee Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party implementation partners to ensure timely delivery and integration of SAP solutions.
- Support deployment, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Ensure SAP security roles, access controls, and compliance requirements are implemented and tested according to organizational standards.
- Drive adoption of SAP DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD automation, code scanning, and security testing.
- Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and integration workstreams.
- Establish monitoring and operational support processes for SAP applications.
- Participate in program governance, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
