Description:Join the Lockheed Martin Production Operations One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) Plan to Stock (PTS) Information Technology (IT) team as an IT Business Analyst (ITBA) supporting the Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) Team within our SAP S/4HANA environment. This position plays a key role as the integrator between IT and the Functional team in designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end warehouse and production processes. The successful candidate will translate business needs into functional and technical solutions within S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and production operations requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, SAP best practices, and the ability to coordinate effectively between technical developers and business process owners.
This position can be based at any Lockheed Martin location or performed fully remotely.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and design warehouse and production operations processes to optimize system performance and business efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate solution design discussions with business process owners and technical teams.
• Configure and test S/4HANA eWM processes to support material movements, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, reports, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate realization of functional designs and standardized technical solutions.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, and go-live readiness activities.
• Develop and coordinate documentation, testing procedures, and training materials for end users.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and S/4HANA innovations aligned with Lockheed Martin’s Production Operations strategy.
• Utilize Jira and Focused Build for backlog management, requirement tracking, and project workflow coordination.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with inventory management / inventory conversions
• Experience with SAP applications in a large enterprise environment
• Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
• Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions
• Experience facilitating data driven decisions
• Experience/Exposure to MRP systems or processes
• Ability to apply functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost
• Experience supporting full cycle implementation, including Gap Analysis, Requirements gathering, Blue printing, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live and Post Go-live support
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills associated with the integration of multiple IT systems
• Effective communication and facilitation skills - ability to converse technically and functionally
• US Citizenship is required as you will be accessing systems related to our Nation’s Defense
Desired Skills:
• Hands-on configuration and support experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)
• Working knowledge of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
• Familiarity with production staging, physical inventory, and material flow system integration
• Experience using Jira and SAP Focused Build to manage requirements, test cases, and project workflows
• Strong understanding of the interface between Production Operations and Warehouse Management in SAP
• Ability to independently drive requirements gathering, solution design, and cross-functional alignment
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models in a large-scale ERP program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for functional audiences

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
