Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support SAP applications across various modules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ABAP programming, enhancements, and integrations, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP (RICEF objects) – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms
- Work on Data Dictionary (DDIC) objects, ALV reports, and module pool programming
- Design and develop interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData services)
- Perform enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework
- Collaborate with functional teams (FICO, MM, SD, etc.) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Debug and optimize existing SAP programs for performance improvement
- Support S/4HANA migration and code remediation (if applicable)
- Develop and maintain SAP Forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts)
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Expertise in RICEF objects
- Experience with ALV Reports (Classical & OO ALV)
- Strong knowledge of Enhancements (User Exits, BAdIs)
- Experience in IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs
- Good understanding of SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC)
- Experience working with SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, etc.)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with S/4HANA (CDS Views, AMDP, Code Pushdown)
- Knowledge of OData / SAP Gateway / Fiori integration
- Exposure to SAP Workflow
- Experience with Adobe Forms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in remote/onshore US environments
