Role Description

Specialty Bakers LLC is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor for an on-site, full-time role located in Marysville, PA. The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee the sanitation team and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in food manufacturing. Daily responsibilities include supervising sanitation procedures, implementing cleaning protocols, providing team training, and maintaining adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively lead, manage, and motivate a team
• Experience in Food Manufacturing and understanding of Food Science principles
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proficient in developing and delivering Training programs
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in sanitation and cleanliness
• Prior experience in a food production environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in food safety or sanitation are preferred
