This is a full-time / temporary-to-hire position. It is not a short-term or seasonal role.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn. Previous blasting experience is not required — reliability and a positive attitude are far more important.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sandblaster Operator located in Kansas City, MO 64130. The Sandblaster Operator will be responsible for preparing and cleaning surfaces by abrasive blasting techniques, operating and maintaining sandblasting equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with team members to complete tasks on schedule. Additional responsibilities include inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met and adhering to organizational safety protocols.
