BB Print Source, an award-winning print, mail, graphics, and packaging company based in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Account Manager to join our team. While experience in brand management, print and graphics is beneficial, we are primarily looking for individuals with a strong drive, marketing, and sales experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, delivering high-quality outcomes, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities
- Drive sales through effective prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their print, branding, and packaging requirements
- Collaborate with the production and creative teams to ensure client projects are delivered to the highest quality and within the specified timelines
- Provide exceptional account management, including accurate and timely order processing, pricing negotiations, and handling customer inquiries
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for business growth
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good understanding of print, branding, and packaging industry trends is a plus, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not necessary depending on experience
