Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Casper, WY. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide tailored solutions. Contributing to the company’s success through meeting or exceeding sales targets will be a key element of this role.

• Proficiency in product knowledge and the ability to explain product features effectively to customers
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Ability to identify new opportunities, handle objections, and close deals with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing client information and sales records
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience in agriculture or the wholesale industry preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in sales or a related field is a plus
