Role Description

Lucido Fine Jewelry is seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our dynamic team at our Birmingham, MI location. This on-site role will include providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting clients in finding the perfect watch and jewelry pieces to meet their needs. Responsibilities also include managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the boutique is visually appealing and well-organized. The salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and provide a luxury shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales expertise, including the ability to identify client needs, close transactions, and achieve sales targets
• Product knowledge and a passion for luxury goods and fine jewelry
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain the store's aesthetic and inventory accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in luxury goods is helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
• Schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekends and holidays
