Summary: Experienced Salesforce Solution Architect for an onsite role to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments. Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience is a strong advantage.
Experience Level: 15 to 18+ Years
Required Skills & Experience
7–10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 2–3 years in a Solution Architect or Lead role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities.
Solid experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Hands-on familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configuration best practices.
Experience working in onsite/onshore delivery models with client-facing responsibilities.
Financial Services Cloud – Advantage
Experience or working knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Understanding of financial services domain concepts such as banking, insurance, lending, or wealth management.
Familiarity with FSC data models including Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Relationships.
Experience designing compliant and secure solutions for regulated financial environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Solution Architect or relevant Salesforce certifications.
FSC Accredited Professional certification (preferred).
