Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Consultant – Boston, MA


An enterprise consulting organization is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions within complex enterprise environments. This role will play a key part in leading technical delivery, shaping CRM architecture, and ensuring successful Salesforce implementations across large-scale programs.


The ideal candidate brings strong Sales Cloud implementation expertise, deep knowledge of integrations and data migration, and the ability to collaborate closely with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud development and implementation initiatives across enterprise environments

• Define system landscape and architecture, identifying gaps between current and future-state CRM capabilities

• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with other enterprise platforms and business systems

• Support Salesforce org consolidation, data migration, and data quality strategies

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams

• Establish best practices across implementation, DevOps, and integration frameworks

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with strategic business goals

• Coordinate delivery across onsite and offshore teams

• Facilitate workshops and regular updates with senior business leaders and IT stakeholders


Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification required

• Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions within the banking or financial services sector

• Proven experience with Sales Cloud configuration, architecture, and implementation

• Strong background in Salesforce integrations, org merges, and enterprise data migration strategies

• Technical knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Force.com, Java, JavaScript, XML, and integration frameworks

• Experience designing service-oriented architecture and enterprise CRM solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
