Salesforce Implementation Manager (Hybrid - Tyson's Corner, VA)

Full-Time | $110,000 – $140,000 + Performance Bonus



About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a private equity–backed, rapidly scaling residential services platform undergoing significant growth through active M&A. As the organization continues to expand nationwide, they are investing heavily in building a scalable, best-in-class technology infrastructure to support operations across a growing portfolio of locations.


They are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Manager to own and drive the end-to-end CRM strategy and deployment across existing and newly acquired business units.


This is a high-impact, build-from-scratch role with direct executive visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building systems, processes, and adoption strategies from the ground up.


What You’ll Own

Implementation & Rollout

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple business units, including configuration, data migration, user setup, and go-live execution
  • Conduct discovery sessions with business and sales leadership to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Configure Sales Cloud aligned to core sales processes (lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting, quoting, and customer workflows)
  • Manage full data migration from legacy CRM systems with a focus on accuracy and integrity
  • Oversee integrations with ERP, field service, and other business-critical systems


Platform Administration & Optimization

  • Serve as the internal Salesforce owner post-implementation (configuration, permissions, automation, system health)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tied to key sales KPIs (pipeline, close rates, revenue tracking, etc.)
  • Develop automation (flows, workflows, AI-assisted features) to improve productivity and reduce manual work
  • Lead ongoing training, change management, and user adoption initiatives


Acquisition Integration

  • Deploy a repeatable Salesforce rollout playbook across newly acquired entities
  • Conduct pre-acquisition CRM assessments and integration planning
  • Drive adoption and engagement within newly integrated teams, ensuring smooth transition and alignment


What You Bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation and administration (Sales Cloud required)
  • Proven track record delivering multi-site or multi-entity CRM rollouts
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, data migration, reporting, and automation
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and/or field service platforms
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required (additional certifications preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • A change leadership mindset—ability to drive adoption, not just systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%


Nice to Have

  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, multi-site organization
  • Background supporting M&A integrations or CRM standardization initiatives
  • Familiarity with field service or home services operating models
  • Experience in CRM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations
