Job Summary
Client are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), enterprise architecture, advisory consulting, and pre-sales leadership. This role will serve as a strategic technology advisor responsible for defining enterprise Salesforce architecture, driving solution strategy, managing complex engagements, and leading high-performing delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystems, enterprise integration landscapes, AI-driven Salesforce solutions, and executive stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders on Salesforce transformation initiatives
- Lead enterprise architecture and solution strategy across Salesforce multi-cloud environments
- Drive Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solution architecture and implementation strategy
- Conduct discovery workshops, solution advisory sessions, and roadmap planning
- Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, architecture presentations, and estimation
- Define scalable architecture standards, governance models, and best practices
- Oversee large-scale Salesforce engagements ensuring delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction
- Manage and mentor Solution Architects, Technical Architects, developers, and offshore/onshore teams
- Build reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and delivery frameworks
- Define data strategy, identity resolution, segmentation, customer activation, and cross-platform integration architecture
- Collaborate with alliance partners and internal leadership teams to drive practice growth and GTM initiatives
- Support enterprise integrations across Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft, and other enterprise platforms
- Provide executive-level communication and stakeholder management throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture background
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Enterprise Architecture and Multi-Cloud implementations

- Experience leading global Salesforce practices or CoEs
