We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment, excels in complex Salesforce development, and enjoys partnering cross‑functionally 🤝 to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🧠 Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools
• � Configure and manage workflows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules
• 🔐 Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• 🧱 Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic apps, and custom settings
• 📊 Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive insights
• 🔗 Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• 🧹 Maintain data integrity through imports, deduplication, and ongoing quality checks
• 🛠️ Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and sandbox management
• 🐞 Troubleshoot user issues, resolve bugs, and support end users through training and guidance
• 📝 Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity

📘 Required Qualifications

✅Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

✅Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer I certifications( Highly Preferred)

✅4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience.

✅Advanced experience with workflows, automations, and platform customizations.

✅Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools.

✅Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and Data Cloud.

✅Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

✅Strong background in integrations, system configuration, and data maintenance.

✅Experience working within an Agile environment.

✅Deep understanding of Salesforce security best practices.

✅Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
