Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role will play a key part in building scalable solutions, integrating systems, and enhancing user experience across the organization.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and integration engineers to deliver high-quality solutions leveraging Salesforce, MuleSoft APIs, and Open CTI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft APIs
- Implement and support Open CTI integrations to enhance call center and customer interaction capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
- Support data migrations, data quality initiatives, and system upgrades
- Contribute to documentation of technical designs, processes, and configurations
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.)
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working with or supporting Open CTI integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or working toward it)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Exposure to JavaScript frameworks and modern web development practices
- Experience working in a multi-system integration environment
