We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
- Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical decisions
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams
Development
- Design and build custom Salesforce applications using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop integrations and enterprise-level solutions
- Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
Operational Excellence
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues
- Implement best practices for security, performance, and governance
- Mentor junior developers
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Apex, LWC, Visualforce
- Salesforce APIs & integrations
- 5+ years in solution architecture / technical leadership
- Experience designing scalable, enterprise-level applications
- Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer I
- Platform App Builder
- Application Architect (highly preferred)
- Experience with:
- Salesforce Flows & data modeling
- Security & sharing rules
- Bulk API & batch processing
- GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced SQL / SOQL
