We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer/Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

  • Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams


Development

  • Design and build custom Salesforce applications using:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Develop integrations and enterprise-level solutions
  • Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability


Operational Excellence

  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement best practices for security, performance, and governance
  • Mentor junior developers


Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Apex, LWC, Visualforce
  • Salesforce APIs & integrations
  • 5+ years in solution architecture / technical leadership
  • Experience designing scalable, enterprise-level applications
  • Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • Platform Developer I
  • Platform App Builder
  • Application Architect (highly preferred)
  • Experience with:
  • Salesforce Flows & data modeling
  • Security & sharing rules
  • Bulk API & batch processing
  • GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
  • Advanced SQL / SOQL
