Salesforce Developer (Apex / Visualforce / LWC)

Sunlife Homes – Tampa, FL (Full-Time, In-Office)

Sunlife Homes is one of the largest homebuilders in Southwest Florida, and we are continuing to scale our operations and internal systems.

We are seeking a full-time Salesforce Developer to build and maintain custom functionality across our Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on development role focused on custom UI, Apex, and system integrations—not just configuration.

This is an in-office position based in Tampa, FL. Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do

• Build custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Develop custom UI and workflows tailored to our business
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• Experience building custom UI (not just page layouts and flows)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits
• Experience with API integrations

Technical Evaluation Required

All candidates will complete a paid technical assessment as part of the hiring process.

We will evaluate:

• Apex development and code structure
• Custom UI development (Visualforce / LWC)
• Problem-solving approach
• Understanding of Salesforce best practices
• Code quality and testing practices

Compensation

• $125,000 – $150,000 base salary
