Job: Salesforce Administrator Data Analyst

Location: Covington, KY or Merrimack, NH 2 weeks onsite in a month

Long term contract

Must have Skills:

- Salesforce SME

- Run SQL Queries – pull data, tables. **If they cannot write SQL queries they will not be a fit. That will be part of the interview.** SOQL is not enough - must be SQL.

- Ability work and succeed in a group setting (someone that is technical but has to work in a silo will not be a fit for this team)

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s or equivalent.
• Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
• 2+ years of application or production support experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience applying systems analysis methodologies, including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technology teams to analyze problems and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Strong passion for leveraging data strategically to drive business outcomes.
• Salesforce Expertise
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools.
• End-to-end ownership of Salesforce data hygiene, including quality, and governance.
• Experience significantly contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives.
• Advocate and champion for Salesforce data management best practices.
• Data Analytics & Data Management
• Strong data analytics background with experience analyzing large datasets.
