My client, a leading organization within the retail industry, is presently looking to onboard an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a Full Time hire within their Bala Cynwyd, PA offices.

This is a remote hybrid role with my client open to those coming into the offices on a 1-2 times per week basis.

The Role

My client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is reliable, an expert in their craft, and deeply focused on delivery.

This isn't a "sit back and wait for tickets" type role. A proactive Salesforce Admin who is solution-orientated and ready to dive into the latest platform features is required. You will be the engine room of the Salesforce environment, focused on automation, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring their technical tools solve real-world retail challenges.

Core Responsibilities

• Declarative Development: Build and maintain complex automation using Salesforce Flows to streamline business processes.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between the tech team and the wider business, ensuring every technical solution is built with a clear stakeholder focus.
• User Advocacy: Maintain a "boots on the ground" approach by regularly talking to users to identify pain points and proactively suggest improvements.
• Data Integrity: Support the architectural team in maintaining clean data flows, specifically understanding how Salesforce interacts with the broader ecosystem.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Expert: Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin with a heavy emphasis on Flows.
• Modern Tooling: Exposure to or a strong desire to master Agentforce.
• Retail Background: Experience in a Retail environment is essential to understanding the specific data and customer cycles.
• System Awareness: While you don't need to be an architect, you should understand how data moves between Salesforce, MuleSoft, and NetSuite.
• Problem Solver: A "work doer" mindset—you see a gap and you fill it without being asked.
• High reliability, technical curiosity, and a reputation for getting things done.
• You thrive in an environment where priorities can shift and you’re happy to "help out" wherever needed.

Salary Expectations – $125,000-$150,000 Per Annum + Benefits
