Sales Representative – $20/hr, with additional commission

Earn $20/hour base pay with additional commissions and performance bonuses.

Berks Inc. is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our direct sales team representing Joink’s high-speed internet and phone services in Terre Haute. If you enjoy talking to people, working toward goals, and earning based on performance, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners in person
• Educate customers on Joink’s internet and phone services
• Build relationships and closing sales
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly training workshops
• Work afternoon and evening shifts

This is an active, face-to-face sales role — not a desk job.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
• Goal-driven and coachable
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Cell phone with data plan
• Able to pass a background check
• Availability for full-time hours

Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. We provide full training.
