Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative specializing in Solar and EV Charging Solutions, based in Palo Alto, CA. The Sales Representative will generate leads, nurture client relationships, develop proposals, deliver impactful sales presentations, and close energy solution contracts. The role involves understanding client needs, promoting solar PV and EV charging solutions, staying informed on industry trends, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.

  • Generate and close residential & commercial solar deals
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Conduct on-site consultations & energy assessments
  • Present tailored solutions (Solar + EV Charging + Battery)
  • Work closely with our operations & technical teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities (battery storage, EV infrastructure)
  • You’ve sold solar before.
  • You know how to close.
  • You want bigger deals, higher commissions, and a real growth path.


What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in solar sales (residential or commercial)
  • Strong closing skills (you’ve done deals before — not just leads)
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus)
