Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in San Antonio, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting ALFA CANTOR's refrigerant buyback program. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound sales calls, negotiating deals, maintaining accurate client records, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Additional duties will involve attending industry events to network, staying informed on industry regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Compensation includes a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of the refrigerant or HVAC industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to attend on-site work in San Antonio, TX
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus
